Thanks for the answer.
Just to learn (please ignore if this is not the right place to ask): I
see the "realm" parameter in the headers when the Proxy uses Basic or
Digest authentication. When it uses (sigh) NTLM, the realm parameter
is not present. Maybe it is encrypted?
