I was sure I added the following comment to the bug before it was closed,
but it's not there. That's the second comment of mine that SourceForge's
new bug tracker interface has eaten!

This compile problem affects a number of other non-configure platforms.
curl_addrinfo.c also needs to be added to:

        lib/Makefile.riscos
        lib/libcurl.framework.make
        lib/makefile.amiga
        packages/Symbian/group/libcurl.mmp
