I believe there is partial, but not full, support for it. I figure you just
better go ahead and try it, and read the code to figure it out. I would assume
that if you run libcurl builth with SSPI on Windows it will support NTLM2, but
I'm not sure about that either.

NTLM is basically a lot of black art and clever reverse engineering. It's hard
to tell exactly what works and what doesn't.
