Summary: curl does not build with latest gnutls 2.8

Initial Comment:
Since gnutls 2.7.2 (thus, 2.8.0 stable), libgnutls-config program has been removed, applications must use pkg-config to detect gnutls.

Draft patch against 7.19.5 here:
http://svn.mandriva.com/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/packages/cooker/curl/current/SOURCES/curl-7.19.5-gnutls-2.8.patch

As gnutls shipps gnutls.pc at least in 2.2, so there shouldn't be any backwards problem I think.

Thanks a lot for your report! The spirit of your patch was fine, but it
added code duplication and didn't quite work!

I wrote up a fix myself and commited it, and it seems to work. The diff is
