Curl bug -ID - doubles output

Hello,
(Subject is complete bug description.)
I looked at the code and hope to tackle this one myself, but I'm not
certain how you'd like curl to behave in this circumstance.
1. Keep current (seems stupid).
2. Place error message and exit when both are passed to curl (or -D ==
stdout) (theoretically could break a program.)
3. Place warning message when both are passed to curl (or -D == stdout).
4. Just have curl ignore the -D when it is set to stdout and -I is passed.
5. Require -D when using -I (Bad idea, but included for completeness).

Thanks,
David
