I have php working on Windows 2003. I just can't get curl to work with php.

I am trying to get it setup to work with http://www.modernbill.com

I can get it to work fine inside of a Virtual Private Server just not one
Windows 2003.

I got it working with Windows after reading the informatioin on Zend
http://www.zend.com/zend/tut/tutorial-thome3.php and this one
http://curl.haxx.se/docs/install.html
make sure you have the source of php which has all of the individual files
you need to move.(the windows version doesnt come with them) so you have to
download another version of php and unzip it.
