I added the global.h within the distribution. However, the config.h
doesn't make any sense to be distributed, as Jeff Ye pointed out.
Anyway the defines curlpp needs to be set, are set when using the
curlpp-config script. So, for those who don't use the config.win32.h,
you need to use the culpp-config script.
