yes, exactly ... I use libcurl libraries from this package

CURLOPT_MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE is 145, but it is CURLOPTTYPE_OFF_T (30000),
so it is 145 + CURLOPTTYPE_OFF_T = 30145
to be sure, I tried 145/146 too ...
I even tried this
curl_easy_setopt(MyCurl, CURLoption(30145), 1024*15);
