Summary: Cannot compile 7.15.1 using VS 6.0 SP6

Initial Comment:
Compilation of version 7.15.1 fails on Windows WP
using Visual Studio 6.0 SP6.

This is due to the changes in ftp.c and tftp.c in
order to handle IPV6. I altered sockaddr.h in order
to make the build succeed, but I am not sure that
this will be correct in all cases.

My version of sockaddr.h will be loaded.
