Summary: is CURLOPT_READDATA obsolete?

Initial Comment:
CURLOPT_READDATA is defined as CURLOPT_INFILE, but
CURLOPT_INFILE does not appear to be defined anywhere!!

This is both in the latest available source package on
the main curl website AND in the current Ubuntu Linux
distribution...

for CURLOPT_WRITEDATA likewise.
