Summary: in if2ip.c iface->ifa_addr can be NULL

Initial Comment:
in curl 7.19.1, there's a potential segfault in if2ip.c line 81 when iface->ifa_addr==NULL. The attached patch prevents this. The segfault has been observed on a debian 4.0 system with a linux 2.6 kernel.
