Summary: Error in cookie.c causes -Werror to fail to compile Curl.

Initial Comment:
The error occurs on 7.19.2 and can be seen below.

lib/cookie.c: In function 'Curl_cookie_add':
lib/cookie.c: 442: error: 'tok_buf' may be used uninitialized in this function

Attached is a patch which fixes this problem.
