Summary: [PATCH] buildconf does not check for m4 files

Initial Comment:
`cvs up` does apparently not checkout new directories such as 'm4'. Absence of necessary curl-*.m4 files is not noticed by buildconf, leading to "buildconf: OK" but configure failing due to unprocessed CURL_* macros.

Add a check for one of those files to catch this.
