Summary: documentation for CRLF in curl_easy_setopt is misleading

Initial Comment:
The curl_easy_setopt man page says:
CURLOPT_CRLF
              Convert Unix newlines to CRLF newlines on transfers.

This does not mention the parameter, which, according to the libcurl source code, must be set to non-zero.
