The commit 463082bea42d8bea751303da340218a18fb67e85 (<https://github.com/bagder/curl/commit/463082bea42d8bea751303da340218a18fb67e85>) breaks the NTLM-proxy-authentication on windows when using a domain-name.

The patch works when length of domain-name is 0 but breaks the code (could lead to crash!) when length of domain-name is > 0.

I created that ticket so it won't be oversight to fix it before the next release.

Please revert the commit to make it work again.
