You would be better off asking libcurl questions on the curl-library list, not
this - which is focused on the curl tool.

This looks like a bug. I can't remember us having fixed such a problem but I
also don't think you'll see this if you upgrade to a more recent libcurl
version.

If you have this or other reuse problems with a recent libcurl release, then
I'll be very interested in learning how!
