I've created https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/13353 to document which of the
distributions mentioned in docs/DISTROS.md are rolling releases. I'd
appreciate people checking that to make sure I didn't classify one incorrectly.
The idea is that rolling release distros don't back-port patches, so people
looking for patches to older curl versions can skip those.
