building with MS VC7

Hi,
I had a few minor problems building libcurl from the
7.11.1 pre-release 1
package with vc7 and openssl support:
- problems with HAVE_IOCTLSOCKET not beeing defined (#define
HAVE_IOCTLSOCKET fixed that for me as a quick hack)
- "http_ntlm.c" and "inet_pton.c" are missing in "curllib.dsp"
Other than that building curllib with the above dsp worked.
SSL support compiled in fine when adding /D USE_SSLEAY and the openssl
libs and lib/inc dirs :)
Maybe those problems are already fixed but I thought mentioning them
can't hurt...
