.bb sounds like bitbake files, as in used by Yocto/Open embedded right? I
doubt you'll find many users giving advice on that here.

If you want to know what particular ./configure to use or not use however, we
can probably help. RTSP and SMTP don't need anything extra to be enabled (just
that you don't disable them). RTMP needs librtmp to be present.
