No, they broke when I switched hosting and generation tool, as now the links
are done slightly different and the tooling for the epub/PDF/HTML were not
adjusted accordingly.
I have now switched the setup to instead distribute the files generated by
mdbook itself instead of my custom setup which I hope should make it work
better. As a bonus, all these files now get updated as soon as the web version
is updated.
